Keep in mind that the filing deadline for calendar year corporations is March 15 of each year.  Due to the volume of tax returns that we prepare, and the degree of complexity that often accompanies corporations' affairs, we often file extensions for corporations, which allows us to focus on them more carefully after the rush of personal tax returns is over.
